Answer: The reason why this message box popup is the security level in Word is default to "High level". To allow Immworks' forms to work properly, security level must set to "Medium level". Follow the below instructions to set the security to "Medium level".

1. Click "OK" to close the message box.
2. Go to "Tools" -> "Macro" -> "Security ..."


3. Select "Medium Level"


4. Click "OK" and reopen Immworks' form

Answer: Immworks' forms are using macro (programming script/langauage) to perform certain tasks, it requires user to "Enable Macro". Click "Enable Macros" to close this window box.
